Damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

No Refunds

All sales/purchases are final.

Due to the significant effort put into the production of our products, we have a no-refund and no-return policy. Our products are custom-made, so we cannot refund the cost of producing them.

Due to our no-refund policy, no refunds are permitted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return your item and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
